03 up Modules are vin locked and must be the original to the truck or SUV. When replacing any SDM Module with a used or incorrect part number you will get configuration error code.

When matching SDM modules with trucks / SDMs that have been damaged please reference part number of the original SDM. We can clear the Crash (hard code) in the replacement but the module must be re programmed by a GM Dealer or a shop with access to Tech2 or equivalent Scanner to match your vehicle.
